Since this is still a Runescape bot, Jagex frowns upon this. Still, the worst that has come from using a Runescape auto type was that I got muted for a day. If you continuously use it, the infractions will start to add up and result in a permanent mute, which just makes the game a lot less fun.

The more advanced auto typers are part of a Runescape auto seller.  These Runescape cheats allow you to not only type a message repeatedly, but also respond to trade requests and perform trades or buys that you preset into the program earlier. This is extremely useful when you want to buy items from people in a crowded area.

Although the Grand Exchange eliminated a lot of the uses of the auto typer, it is still used very often in games and you can usually tell when someone is using it. This makes it one of the more obvious bots but also the least offensive to Jagex (meaning you won’t get banned on a first offense). Just be sure you are using it in an area where there is a lot of typing going on. If not, it will look really weird and obvious if the last 10 messages were all shouted out by you!
